Roanoke County- Speeding 39/25 -Dismissed

A client was charged with Speeding, a four point Infraction, for traveling 39 mph in a 25 mph zone in Roanoke County, Virginia. In the Roanoke County General District Court, our attorney was able to negotiate with the Judge and had the charge completely dismissed as long as the client completes a driving improvement course over the next six months. The client avoided points on his license and insurance record and owed zero fines and minimal court costs.
