On May 6th, 2011, Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in the Richmond General District Court in Richmond, VA. The client, a Virginia resident, was driving North on I-95 when she was pulled over in Richmond City for traveling 79 mph in a 55 mph Highway Safety Corridor zone. The Officer charged her with Reckless Driving 79/55 (HSC)- a Class 1 Misdemeanor, Virginia Code Section: C.46.2-862. The client retained our services after a no-obligation phone consultation and did not have to attend Court, as our Attorney was able to appear on her behalf. In Court, our Attorney represented her and negotiated a plea bargain with the Judge, thus allowing the client to attend a driver improvement course. In exchange, the Reckless Driving charge was completely dismissed and the client owed no fines and minimal Court costs.
