On June 14th, 2010, Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in the Henrico General District Court in Henrico, VA. The client, a Maryland resident, was driving North on I-95 through Henrico County when he was pulled over by an Officer for traveling 83 mph in a 70 mph zone. The Officer did not charge him with just a minor Speeding Infraction. The Officer charged him with Reckless Driving, 83/70, a Class 1 Misdemeanor, a Criminal Offense, Virginia Code Section: A.46.2-862. The client retained our services after a no-obligation phone consultation with one of our Attorneys. The client did not have to attend Court, as our Attorney could appear on his behalf. In Court, our Attorney negotiated with the Judge and was able to get the Reckless Driving charge completely dismissed if the client attended a driver improvement course. The client owed minimal Court costs.
