Hanover- Reckless Driving 83/70 –Dismissed

A Maryland resident was charged with Reckless Driving by Speed, a six point Class 1 Misdemeanor , for traveling 83 mph in a 70 mph zone in Hanover, Virginia. In Court, our firm was able to negotiate with the Judge and had the charged completely dismissed if the client took a driving improvement course. The client did not owe any fines and minimal court costs.
