Greensville- Reckless Driving and No Valid License- Reduced

In March of 2011, Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in the Greensville General District Court in Greensville, VA. The client, a resident of Hampton, Virginia, was traveling on I-95 when she was pulled over for going 89 mph in a 55 mph zone. She was charged with Reckless Driving by Speed, Virginia Code Section: C.46.2-862 – a Class 1 Misdemeanor, AND No Valid License, Virginia Code Section: 46.2-300 – a Class 2 Misdemeanor. She retained our services after a no-obligation phone consultation and did not have to attend Court, as our Attorney was able to attend on her behalf. In Court, our Attorney was able to negotiate a plea bargain with the Judge allowing the client to avoid jail time, license suspension and high fines. The charge of Reckless Driving was reduced to a lesser Speeding charge and the No Valid License charge was also reduced to a lesser charge of No License in Possession.
