Emporia- Speeding 80/70- Reduced

On April 5^th, 2011, Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in the Emporia General District Court in Emporia, VA. The client, a Maryland resident, was driving North through Virginia via I-95 when she was pulled over for traveling 80 mph in a 70 mph zone in Emporia County. The Officer charged her with Speeding- an Infraction, Virginia Code Section: F.46.2-870.
