On April 5th, 2011, Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in the Emporia General District Court in Emporia, VA. The client, a Maryland resident, was driving North through Virginia via I-95 when she was pulled over for traveling 80 mph in a 70 mph zone in Emporia County. The Officer charged her with Speeding- an Infraction, Virginia Code Section: F.46.2-870. The client retained our services after a no-obligation phone consultation and did not have to attend Court, as our Attorney could appear on her behalf. In Court, our Attorney negotiated with the Judge and had the Speeding charge reduced to a non-moving violation, which carries zero demerit points.
