Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in early February of 2011 in the Dinwiddie General District Court in Dinwiddie, VA. The client had been charged with Reckless Driving by Speed- a Misdemeanor, Virginia Code Section: A.46.2-862. The client was traveling down I-95 on his way to Pennsylvania when he was pulled over. The Police Officer charged him with traveling 98 mph in a 70 mph zone. The client retained our services after a no-obligation phone consultation. In Court, our Attorney negotiated a plea bargain with the Judge and got the Reckless Driving charge reduced to a lesser Speeding charge.
