Chesterfield- Speeding 78/60 –Dismissed

A Maryland resident was charged with Speeding, a four point Infraction, for traveling 78 mph in a 60 mph zone in Chesterfield, Virginia. In Court, our firm was able to negotiate with the Judge and had the charged completely dismissed if the client took a driving improvement course. The client did not owe any fines and minimal court costs.
