In July of 2011, Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in the Chesterfield General District Court in Chesterfield, VA. The client, a Virginia resident, was driving in Chesterfield County we he was involved in an accident. When the Officer arrived on the scene, he charged the client with Reckless Driving-Generally, Virginia Code Section: A.46.2-852 – a Class 1 Misdemeanor that carries six demerit points. The client retained our services after a no-obligation phone consultation with our Attorney. In Court, our Attorney was able to negotiate a plea bargain with the Judge, allowing the Reckless Driving charge to be reduced to Improper Driving, a lesser charge that carries three demerit points. The client owed minimal fines and Court costs.
