In March of 2011, Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in the Caroline General District Court in Caroline, VA. The client had been charged with Reckless Driving, traveling 70 mph in a 35 mph zone, Virginia Code Section: C.46.2-862 AND Attempting to Elude Police, Virginia Code Section: A.46.2-817. The client was traveling through Caroline County in Virginia on her way home to North Carolina when she was charged with Reckless Driving and Alluding the Police. She retained our services after a no-obligation phone consultation with one of our Attorneys. In Court, our Attorney was able to negotiate a plea bargain with the Judge, thus allowing the client to keep her license and she did not have to serve jail time. The Judge reduced her Reckless Driving charge to Speeding and dismissed the Alluding charge.
