Caroline- Reckless Driving 95/70 –Reduced, No Jail Time

A client was charged with Reckless Driving, a six point Class 1 Misdemeanor, criminal offense, for traveling 95 mph in a 70 mph zone in Bowling Green, Caroline County, Virginia. In the Caroline County General District Court, our attorney was able to negotiate with the Judge and had the charge reduced as long as the client completes a driving improvement course over the next few months.
