Caroline- Reckless Driving 108/70- No Jail Time

A client was charged with Reckless Driving, a six point Class 1 Misdemeanor, criminal conviction, for travelling 108 mph in a 70 mph zone in Bowling Green in Caroline County, Virginia. During the client’s free phone consultation, the client explained that unfortunately he had a very bad driving history. With this type of violation alone, the client faced a loss of license for a minimal of six months, jail time and fines up to $2,500. With the addition of the horrible driving history, the client was almost guaranteed jail time and license suspension. In the Caroline General District Court, our attorney was able to negotiate with the Judge, and was able to avoid suspensions, jail time and high fines. The client owed minimal fines and court costs.
