Brunswick- Speeding, 79/55- Reduced

In July of 2011, Miller-Cerasuolo represented a client in the Brunswick General District Court in Lawrenceville, VA. The client, a Virginia resident, was driving South via I-85 through Brunswick County when she was pulled over for traveling 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. The Officer charged her with Speeding, Virginia Code Section: C.46.2-870 – an Infraction. The client retained our services after a no-obligation phone consultation and did not have to attend Court, as our Attorney could appear on her behalf. In Court, the Attorney negotiated with the Judge and got the Speeding charge reduced to a non-moving violation that carries no demerit points. The client owed minimal fines and Court costs.
