Washington County- Reckless Driving: Failure to Maintain Control and Failure to Stop at the Scene of an Accident

A client was charged with two misdemeanors in Washington County, Virginia. He was charged with Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Control, a six point Class 1 Misdemeanor, criminal offense, for loosing control of his vehicle AND Failure to Stop at the Scene of an Accident, also a six point Misdemeanor, criminal offense.
