Attorney Profiles:
Brandi Cerasuolo graduated from Indiana University Law School in 2004 and has been practicing in Virginia for the past six years. She has extensive experience with the local Court systems and has represented hundreds of clients charged with Reckless Driving throughout Virginia. Brandi has a home in Richmond and another in Wytheville, Virginia with her husband, son and daughter.
Richard “Trey” Mattox III is a dedicated trial Attorney who defends clients charged with major traffic crimes and traffic infractions. Trey is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He graduated Cume Laude from Virginia Tech in 2008 where he double majored in History and Political Science and minored in Real Estate. In 2011, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Trey’s familiarity with the courtrooms throughout Central Virginia allows him to provide his clients with the best possible outcomes. He also handles Criminal and Bankruptcy matters for the firm.
Leslee Tingle received her Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University in 2006 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011. Focusing primarily on traffic and criminal offenses, she is a zealous attorney who is eager to help her clients achieve the best possible result. She is currently serving as the primary attorney for southwestern Virginia.

Amber Skievaski graduated with a Business Degree from Christopher Newport University in 2006 where she concentrated her studies in Marketing. She is originally from the Shenandoah Valley and currently resides in the Fan District of Richmond. Amber is a Legal Assistant for the firm and also handles the firm’s marketing.
Brian Cerasuolo manages our office. Originally from Massachusetts he has a BFA in Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Ohio State University. Brian currently resides with his wife, son and daughter in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
